*Refer a Friend
To be eligible for our refer a friend scheme, the referral must be made before the application is received. We must receive the Full Name, current address and a contactable telephone or email address before the application is submitted, the person making the application must know who the referrer is. You can request our team to make initial contact. The voucher will be in the form of a High Street Voucher for the total value of £50, these vouchers can be spent in many High Street stores, we will not offer a cash alternative. We have the right to withdraw this offer at any stage

Customer Checks & Referencing

Upon application to us we may use both fraud prevention and credit referencing agencies to help us make relevant decisions.

Credit checks and credit reference agencies can also help prevent fraudulent applications so we ask clients to agree to using data provided for the purpose of preventing fraud and ensuring the client’s identity is as claimed.

Information provided by the client must always be true and accurate as misleading information will be regarded as a breach of our terms and is likely to breach any agreement the client has entered into with the lenders and financiers we work alongside. Furthermore, misleading information may also result in the instigation of criminal procedures against the client.

If the client has authorised any third parties to access the service on behalf of the client instructions issued by authorised 3rd parties will be contractually binding on the client on whose behalf the third party is acting.

Should the client choose to make a joint application for a loan or finance via our website each party will be dealt with as a client acting with the consent of the other and if correspondence is entered into with one party of the joint application it shall be assumed that the communication is with both parties.

We will only process information about you (and any other party) in accordance with our privacy policy.

When using our website you consent to processing your information (and any other relevant party) and therefore warrant that all information/data provided by yourself is accurate and correct.
